PFO Meeting

Minutes—December 19, 2002

The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. 

Melody Guillemette is resigning as president of the Ellis Tech PFO. 

The Steak Supper earned $760.97 for the PFO. 

Motion #1:  to pay up to $500 for materials to build and paint permanent signs for the Craft Fair, Flea Market and Antique Show.  Motion was made by Phil Lozano and seconded by Melody Guillemette.  The motion carried. 

Motion #2:  to pay up to $500 for the software, licenses, etc. to set up a PFO website which will be useful for sharing information with parents as well as advertising the fundraising activities.  Motion was made by Cheri Lukowski and seconded by Phil Lozano.  The motion carried. 

Motion #3:  to pay $1000 toward the cost of next year’s student agendas.  Motion was made by Melody Guillemette and seconded by Cheri Lukowski.  The motion was made by Melody Guillemette and seconded by Cheri Lukowski.  The motion carried. 

Motion #4:  to pay $1000 toward the cost of student breakfasts during the week of CAPT.   Motion was made by Kristy Corporale and seconded by Phil Lozano.  The motion carried. 

Motion #5:  to pay up to $200 for scripts and royalties for the new Drama Club.  Motion was made by Phil Lozano and seconded by Melody Guillemette. 

Motion # 6:  to pay up to $500 for expenses of the Flea Market.  The motion was made by Phil Lozano and seconded by Kristy Corporale.  The motion carried. 

Motion #7:  to pay the expenses of the Antique Show up to $500 more than last year’s expenses.  Motion was made by Jan Praytor and seconded by Cheri Lukowski.  The motion carried. 

The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
