PFO Meeting--Minutes
November 20, 2003

Attendance:

Kim Ellis                    Kathy Faucher            Lori MacDonald           

Jan Praytor                Jean Soja

The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m.  

Topics discussed:

Kathy Faucher will investigate a possible speaker for the January meeting.

Various fundraising ideas were discussed including selling personalized water bottles and candy bars.

An Ellis Tech calendar was suggested.  

The Court Jesters Basketball fundraiser was discussed and will be voted on at the next meeting.  

 Motions

            Motion #1—To pay $150 for an Ellis student to attend the Hugh O’Brian Leadership Conference.  The motion was made by Kathy Faucher and seconded by Jean Soja.  The motion carried.

             Motion #2—To purchase 100 mini-calculators for a maximum of $2.75 each to sell at various Ellis Tech events.  The motion was made by Kim Ellis and seconded by Lori MacDonald .  The motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.

The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 18, 2003, at 6:30 p.m.
