PFO Meeting--Minutes  

(Emergency meeting)

Attendance:   

                    
The meeting was called to order at 2:20 p.m.

Motions:

 #1 A motion to purchase a $50 Wal-Mart Gift Card for a needy student was made by Melody Guillemette and seconded by Susan Manning.  The motion carried.

#2 A motion to contribute $560 for basketball warm-up suits for the Ellis Tech team was made by Gail Welburn and seconded by Phil Blinn.  The motion carried.

#3 A motion to pay all expenses of the Court Jester’s Basketball game up to $1500 was made by Linda Edmonds and seconded by Melody Guillemette.  The motion carried.

#4 A motion to pay the air condition certification test fee of $25 for a needy student was made by Jan Praytor and seconded by Linda Edmonds.  The motion carried.

#5 A motion to contribute $150 for wrestling warm-up suits for the Ellis Tech wrestling team was made by Linda Edmonds and seconded by Phil Blinn.  The motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 2:50 p.m.
