PFO Special Meeting Minutes

September 27, 2006

Attendance:  Christine Millette, Kathi Williams, Linda Edmonds, Jan Praytor

 The meeting was called to order 10:55 a.m.

Topics Discussed:

      A request for funds to purchase a plaque for retiring janitor, Sue Milardo, was discussed.

       A request to change the approved signatures for the PFO checking account was discussed.

Motions:  

      Motion #1 – A motion to purchase a retirement plaque for Sue was made by Jan Praytor and seconded by Kathi Williams.  The motion passed.

       Motion #2 – A motion to remove Kim Ellis as an authorized signature from the PFO accounts at The Savings Institute and add Joyce Kovacs, Jayne Haythe, and Laurie Brunsdon as authorized signatures to the PFO accounts was made by Christine Millette and seconded by Linda Edmonds.  The motion passed.

The meeting adjourned at 11:05 a.m.
