PFO Meeting--Minutes

Attendance:   

The meeting was called to order at 2:20 p.m.

Old Business: 
The feasibility of doing the Court Jesters activity on October 8 as planned was discussed.  If the approval from Central Office is not received by Tuesday, September 7, the project will be scrapped.  If it goes forward, member support will be needed for ticket sales, advertising, recruitment of players and the evening concessions.

Topics discussed:
The need to develop a financial review process and to revise our fundraiser reporting procedures was discussed.

Motions:

             #1   A motion to authorize a PFO parent to sell science lab safety goggles to students during the lunch or other approved time was made by Linda Edmonds and seconded by Susan Manning.  The motion carried.

            #2   A motion to pay up to $300 for the Freshmen Ice Cream Social was made by Susan Manning and seconded by Linda Edmonds.  The motion carried.

 The meeting adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
