PFO Meeting--Minutes

  Attendance:

The meeting was called to order at 2:30 p.m.

Motions:

             #1   A motion to pay up to $600 for needy and deserving students to attend Ellis Tech Summer School program was made by Kathy Faucher and seconded by Kathy Burr.  The motion carried.

             #2   A motion to contract with The Court Jesters for a basketball game and student assembly to promote drug awareness was made by Melody Guillemette and seconded by Linda Edmonds.  The motion carried.  This program will take place on October 8, 2004 .

             #3   A motion to pay up to $300 for a reception of cookies and soda after the senior Awards Night was made by Kathy Burr and seconded by Jan Praytor.  The motion carried.

             #4   A motion to provide up to $450 for a faculty luncheon at the start of school was made by Linda Edmonds and seconded by Melody Guillemette.  The motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 2:50 .
