PFO Meeting--Minutes

Attendance:

 The meeting was called to order at 2:23 p.m.

 Old Business:  The meeting scheduled for June 3 was not held due to lack of a quorum.

  Topics discussed:

            Fundraising Dates for the 2004-2005 school year were determined:

                        Fall Craft Fair— Saturday, November 6, 2004

                        Country Antique Show— Saturday, March 19, 2005

                        Winter Thaw Flea Market— Saturday, April 9, 2005

The proper paperwork will be submitted to the school.

Motions:

A motion was made to provide up to $550 for additional scholarships for seniors.  The motion was made by Phil Blinn and seconded by Gail Welburn.  The motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 2:50 p.m.
