PFO Meeting--Minutes

DCF presented an interactive panel discussion on “Parent Rights When Your Child Reaches 16” from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.   It was attended by approximately 35 persons including Ellis Tech parents and community members.  The program was informative and well received.        

The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m.

 New Business:

 The March meeting is rescheduled to March 9, 2005 .

Motions:

Motion #1 A motion was made to pay up to $120 for the advertising for tonight’s presentation.  The motion was made by Jan Praytor and seconded by Pat Palonen.  The motion carried.

 Motion #2   A motion was made to pay up to $20 for this evening’s refreshments.  The motion was made by Pat Palonen and seconded by Chris Millette.

Motion #3   A motion was made to pay up to $1250 for incentives for students who met the goal on the CAPT tests this year.  The motion was made by Chris Millette and seconded by Linda Edmonds .  The motion carried.

 The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
