Special PFO Meeting--Minutes

February 14, 2006

Attendance:

The meeting was called to order at 4:10 p.m.

Topics discussed:

According to current records, the senior parents have earned approximately $2994 to date. At the meeting of February 9, 2006 , $1766 was committed to expenses of the senior class trip leaving $1228 of their earnings available.

Motions:

Motion #1 A motion to sponsor a Dance & Pizza Fundraiser for the sophomore class including $100 in seed money was made by Michelle Murray and seconded by Sharlene Edwards. The motion carried.

Motion #2 A motion to pay $1410 to Walt Disney Parks and Resorts toward the Senior Class Trip was made by Kathi Williams and seconded by Michelle Murray. The motion carried.

Motion #3 A motion to commit $2000 for the Senior Class Trip from the budgeted graduation expenses was made by Kathi Williams and seconded by Chris Millette. The motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
