There was a discussion
about the amount of funds earned by senior parents. The discussion will continue
on
The Antique Show is
proceeding according to schedule. The Flea Market has been postponed. The new
date has not yet been determined.
The Business office manager will be invited to the April PFO meeting.
There are concerns about the timeliness of the school website and the involvement of the PFO in concession and ticket sales at school games.
Current PFO fundraising procedures will be reviewed at an upcoming meeting.
Motions:
Motion #1 A motion to sponsor a “Dodge Ball” fundraiser for the P.E. Department was made by Sharlene Edwards and seconded by Pat Palonen. The motion carried.
Motion #2 A motion to pay $1766.00 to Galaxy Travel as a deposit toward airfare for the Senior Class Trip was made by Kathi Williams and seconded by Pat Palonen. The motion carried.
Motion #3 A motion to amend a motion made at the January meeting to pay $125.07 to Mr. Erickson instead of $80 as previously motioned for science favors was made by Melody Guillemette and seconded by Pat Palonen. The motion carried.
Motion #4 A motion to return $25 to Pat Palonen for a sweatshirt she did not receive was made by Pat Palonen and seconded by Chris Millette. The motion carried.
Motion #5 A motion to sponsor a “Little Caesar’s” fundraiser to be run by the senior parents with proceeds to benefit the Class of 2006 was made by Sharlene Edwards and seconded by Pat Palonen. The motion carried.
