PFO Meeting

Minutes—1/16/03

The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m.

Parents are needed to help serve breakfast during CAPT Testing. 

Melody and Cheri are working hard on the Flea Market, scheduled for March 8, 2003.  Anyone willing to help out may drop a line in the PFO mailbox in the office.

Mrs. Pascone will be taking over the basketball game concessions and is authorized to make purchases and deposits as needed.  Anyone willing to assist with the concession should contact Mrs. Pascone.

 Motion to pay the cost of the West Point Trip with the Simulation Club (total price to be determined) plus $20 for expenses for a needy Ellis Tech student.  The motion was made by Phil Lozano and seconded by Melody Guillemette.  The motion carried.
